Our Story

Centennial Leasing & Sales was started by two entrepreneurs who liked the car business but hated the typical car dealership tactics. In 1989, they came together and created a company focused on providing a better and more honest way for people to buy or lease a vehicle. Both founders had commercial leasing experience, so they started the company as a leasing brokerage for all makes and models and focused on offering a higher level of personal service for both businesses and consumers. Our company soon evolved and began offering our same first-class service to individuals looking to purchase vehicles as well. As business continued to grow they expanded Centennial Leasing & Sales into other markets while remaining locally owned and operated. There are now three locations in Denver Metro, Northern Arizona, and Phoenix Metro, Arizona.

    CLS started growing and adding more auto brokers

    First expansion into a larger office at Dry Creek and Broadway and continued adding more auto brokers

    Opened CLS Arizona in Phoenix

    Moved CLS Denver operation to Lakewood at 6th Avenue and Kipling

    Opened CLS Northern Colorado in Fort Collins

  • 1998

    Partnered with AAA and opened AAA Colorado AutoSource in Denver

    Opened AAA Arizona Car Buying in Phoenix

  • 2003

    Opened AAA Oregon AutoSource in Portland

    Moved CLS Denver operation to Inverness

    Built a new building for CLS Denver operation in Englewood
