I needed a new car for over a year since my SUV was 14 years old. However, I put off looking for many months because I couldn’t bear the thought of having to deal with the sales people at the new and used dealerships (especially as a single, elderly woman). Fortunately, my brother referred me to Bill Halvorsen at Centennial. He had all good things to say about Bill and the vehicle buying process at Centennial.So I thought I would give it a try and keep an open mind. I am so pleased that I did!When I first talked to Bill, I mentioned there were 2 different SUV makes/models that I was looking for, and other specifications that I wanted. Within three days, he had lined up two cars for a test drive that met my exact specifications. Then after answering my questions, reviewing the Carfax report, and analyzing the pros and cons of each, without any pressure I was able to confidently make a purchase that day. And they gave me a fair trade-in price for my old SUV.In addition, several days later I discovered the second key fob was not working properly so Bill sent a locksmith out to my house (at his own expense) to successfully reprogram the key, which I did not know was even possible.
