This is our second time shopping here at Centennial and the experience was awesome just as the first time, Stress free, and no sales person hounding you like in the big dealerships. Chris Fredlake helped us and was attentive, very patient and nice, he answered our questions and let us look at the cars in peace and wasn't too far away in case we had any more questions. After two trips to Centennial and test driving many cars I am happy with my "new to me" 2023 Kia Forte.

After my 21 year old CRV decided she wasn't fit for the road anymore, I decided to start looking at buying something new. I started looking for a 2025 Civic SI, and was running into nothing but trouble from every dealership I called. I came across Centennial while applying for an Auto Loan through my bank, and decided to give it a shot. Chris Fredlake called be shortly after I submitted the form letting them know what I'm looking for. After a quick phone call which boiled down to me letting Chris know how picky of a person I am, he let me know he'd see what he could find and get back to me. The following day, he called me with a vehicle, and cost without all the dealer markups. 24 hours after that, I was meeting Chris at their office to pick up the car. Was as quick and painless as you could ask for when buying a new vehicle. When my wife is ready to replace her vehicle, I'm sure we'll be calling Chris again. Awesome experience.
