So my mind was set on going to the dealership Saturday morning to trade my car in but the day prior someone told me to go to Arizona Federal first and see what they can do for me. They referred me to Centennial leasing. Dean Massi was my salesperson. He took real good care of us I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and made it happen. Usually at the dealerships, you’re there for hours just negotiating. Not here while I was looking around and test driving all the cars Dean was doing all the work with my trade-in and financing. When I was done, we went into his office took about 30 minutes finished signing everything and was out the door with my brand new car which I’m in love with! If you’re looking to get a new or used car, I recommend coming here 100%. They can pretty much get you anything you want. Dean was very knowledgeable and recommended going with him.

Third car purchased from Centennial over a fifteen year span. There is a reason that the Auto Dealers Association works in other states to pass laws banning brokers like Centennial : The experience is night and day between abusive dealers and centennial's buying experience. Cory Miller was my broker and he was responsive and easy to work with. I've never had a bad experience here, and neither have any of the people I have proselytized to about this business over the years.

Eric is amazing! I walked in with no appointment and was partnered with Eric. From the first sentence I knew he was going to be so helpful! He made sure I got all the info on the cars I was interested in and even though I walked in there saying I wasn’t buying a car, I bought my mom car same day! Ashlyn Rossi "IS" the best. We were a little late getting to the showroom to see the vehicle we were interested in. That did not bother Ashlyn in the slightest. She had the vehicle waiting and ready for us. Afterwards we went to her office to discuss the purchase terms and be prepared for contract the following morning. Spreading this out for an evening and then the morning appointment was our choice due to other commitments. That still did not phase Ashlyn. The whole purchase process was completely relaxed and I would say the whole process, both days combined, took less than two hours. Almost as if we walked in and drove out. Ashlyn made everything easy to understand and was obviously well organized and prepared. We have never experienced an auto purchase that easy, thanks to Ashlyn.

Noel was helpful during the entire process. He even delivered the car to my house! They search for the car you are looking for. Overall it was a good experience and will return for our next car purchase.

After experiencing the buying process at dealerships, I had to find another way to buy a car. I was in my bank and saw the flyer for Centennial Leasing and Sales and decided to give them a try.
